Our office has REOPENED by scheduled appointment ONLY!

Patients are asked NOT to come into the office without a schedule appointment.


All patients must wear a mask into the office

Do not come to the office before your scheduled appointment time

We ask all patients to stay in their cars and to call the office once you arrive for your appointment. We will let you know when we are ready for you to come into the office.

Your temperature will be taken when you come into the office

If you are ILL, please cancel your appointment

Payment Options

Our office requires fee at the time of service. While we do accept all dental insurances, our office does not directly bill all insurance plans. Dr. Schrupp is a participating provider for Delta Dental. If you have a plan other than Delta Dental, please call the office to inquire whether we can directly bill your plan. If you have a plan that we do not bill directly, we will require payment at the time of service. We will then send the required paperwork to your insurance company for you, and your insurance will reimburse you directly (according to the parameters of your plan).

The insurance industry can be complicated, and we are happy to help you with any insurance questions you may have. Feel free to contact us and we’ll go over your policy with you in person. We will work with you to help you maximize your benefits, and if you are planning a procedure, we will request a predetermination of benefits to let you know what your insurer will pay.

It is important that you recognize that the insurance you have is a legal contract between your employer and your insurance company. Our office is not part of that contract. Ultimately, the insurer dictates your coverage and we do not.
